Anywhere really, mainly in the part of the map to the west.
If you ever see an armored car, not a swat truck, but a bank armored truck for a bank, then hijack it and go to a big open place where cops can't find you *unless you don't care about being shot at or being arrested* and get out of the armored truck, throw a grenade from a safe distance away from the vehicle and let it explode. A MILLION DOLLARS worth of cash with surround the entire vehicle for a minute and it is a huge amount of money.
