Stay tuned for the video soon. Square Enix revealed the game, but hasn’t announced if the game will also appear on the Xbox One, but FF fans should just be happy to know Versus still exists, and that the the franchise at last has a non-MMO that goes past the number 13.

The Order 1886 announced at Sony E3 presser

At Sony’s press conference, the publisher announced yet another new IP coming to the PS4. The game is called The Order 1886 and it looks like it features a steam punk-like world full of creepy monsters. From what we could see they looked like werewolves or something. The trailer opened with a carriage traveling to Whitechapel in London where the travelers are attacked by the unseen threat, but the humans were not defenseless and carried a variety of firearms, including a flame shooting grenade launcher and a rifle with some kind of lightning power.

The Order 1886 definitely has a unique look and premise, but outside of what we have seen in the trailer, there isn’t much to go on. We will be sure to gather everything we can about the new title. Check back later for more information.

Revamped loadouts and squads in Battlefield 4 alpha screens

Battlefield 4's multiplayer alpha appears to be handily detailed in an ample round of screenshots posted to Reddit. The images from the Xbox 360 version show the game in sort-of action, with a refreshed loadout system and battlefield interface on display.

Five-man squads appear to be in place, which may go along with the game's revitalized command focus. The one map depicted across the shots is called Siege and appears to take place in Shanghai--maybe this will be one of the China Rising maps?

The alpha sports a revamped loadout system with new and returning firearms. Customizable attachments and other gadgets will figure in heavily, and it looks like even sidearms and knives can be kitted out this time around.

Customization options may be bolstered through Battlepacks, randomized treasure troves of goods much like Mass Effect 3's multiplayer gear packs. Potential loot includes XP boosts, new knives, attachments, camouflage patterns, weapon paint, and customized dog tags.

Battlepacks can be earned through play, but it stands to reason--again, like Mass Effect 3--that players will be able to purchase them with cash, as well.
