Player beware, you're in for a randomly generated scare. Atlus today announced it's partnering with Zombie Studios to bring first-person horror game Daylight to PC and PlayStation 4 worldwide.
The "procedurally generated psychological thriller" plays out differently each time, with randomized corridors snaking through derelict hospitals and other places you don't want to be when the lights go out. Speaking of the lights going out, you'll only have a cell phone's flash and compass app to guide you through the mystery.
The downloadable Unreal Engine 4 game can even use the PlayStation Eye to take a picture the moment a scare happens, though it's up to you whether you want to share itor not. We'd definitely prefer an auto-tweeting feature here.
Daylight will arrive in the first quarter of 2014 on Steam and the PlayStation Store.
